1. Shipping Destinations At KorperScience, we focus exclusively on serving the Australian market. We provide dedicated international shipping to all addresses within Australia. Please note: We do not currently ship to New Zealand or other international territories.
2. Shipping Origin & Logistics KorperScience is a German-based wellness brand. All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers in Germany.

Local Delivery: Once your parcel arrives in Australia and clears customs, final delivery is handled by Australia Post or Aramex.
3. Delivery Timelines We provide full transparency on our delivery process. Total delivery time is the sum of Handling Time and Transit Time.

4. Shipping Costs We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia. The price you see at checkout is the final price, with no hidden handling fees or surprise charges.
5. Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 days for the system to update. You can monitor your package via our "Track Your Order" page or the carrier's website.
6. Taxes, Duties & Customs As we ship from Germany, all prices are inclusive of applicable German taxes. For most orders under $1,000 AUD, customers will not incur additional Australian import duties. Any local customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
