Official Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window We want you to be completely satisfied with your KorperScience purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused).

  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees Transparency regarding return costs is our priority.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged or is the wrong item, KorperScience takes full responsibility. We will provide a pre-paid return label or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., "buyer's remorse" or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs to our return facility in Germany.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returned items.

4. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Contact support@korperscience.com with your order number.

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with a formal return authorization and specific packaging instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship to Germany: Once authorized, please mail your item to our headquarters: KorperScience (Johann Wagner) Auf der Grub 17, 35767 Medenbach, Germany

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status via email.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
