1. Delivery Timelines We provide full transparency on our delivery process. Total delivery time is the sum of Handling Time and Transit Time.

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 
    • Germany: 5-10 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
    • Australia: 4-10 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
    • United States: 6-12 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
    • United Kingdom: 5-12 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

2. Shipping Costs We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. The price shown at checkout includes the product price and standard shipping. No additional shipping or handling fees will be added by us.

3. Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 days for the system to update. You can monitor your package via our "Track Your Order" page or the carrier's website.
